Schaumburg police responded to assist Hoffman Estates police searching for two burglary suspects fleeing a residential burglary in the 400 block of Bluebonnet Lane in Hoffman Estates. Two male suspects were last seen near Dighton Lane and Newbury Lane, just northeast of the intersection of Higgins Road and Plum Grove Road.

Purse Theft from Shopping Cart at Target, Arlington Heights

Arlington Heights police responded about 6:11 p.m. to Target, 1700 East Rand Road to a report of a purse theft. Police received a report that a purse was stolen from the lower theft of a shopping cart. The crime is reported to have occurred between 5:00 pm. and 6:10 p.m. Wednesday.
