Human Skeletal Remains Found in DuPage Herrick Lake Forest Preserve

An individual walking through the Herrick Lake Forest Preserve found human remains reduced to a skeleton early Tuesday afternoon. The exact location has not been released, and no word yet on the gender of the skeleton. Herrick Lake Forest Preserve is accessed at Butterfield Road just west of Arrowhead Country Club in unincorporated Wheaton.
