UPDATE: A tornado warning was issued from 4:00 a.m. to 4:15 am. after the NWS observed rotating clouds in a severe thunderstorm. No damage reports area published for the area, however one topple tree was reported.

Irene was downgraded to tropical storm at about 9:00 a.m. Sunday.
