Arlington Heights police responded about 1:15 AM Saturday to a report of disorderly conduct and an apparent intoxicated subject at Xsport Fitness, 960 West Dundee Road. Police received a report that a belligerent male would not leave the fitness center. It is unknown if the 28 year-old male was a member or not.
Police called paramedics for the well-being of the man. Apparently the man was not transported to the hospital (not confirmed).
The incident is the fourth incident involving a belligerent or intoxicated subject in shopping center area near Xsport Fitness for the period of December 15, 2010 to January 14, 2011. All of the incidents occurred after midnight or just after midnight. Police contacted subjects in all four incidents with one arrest involving underage drinking and criminal damage to property.
