Traffic Light Sensors Affected by Fog Along Golf Rd in Schaumburg and Hoffman Estates Cause Traffic Problems

Traffic light sensors affected by fog are causing timing issues on Golf Road in Schaumburg and Hoffman Estates. Camera-like sensors on traffic signals were affected by dense fog Wednesday morning causing the timing to be more rapid than usual. Some motorists reported the lights were stuck on red.
