Arlington Heights and/or Illinois State police responded about 3:42 PM Wednesday November 22, 2017 to a hit-and-run crash property damage-only at Rand Road and Route 53 Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that the offending vehicle was described as a black BMW SUV.
The driver was described as a male/white driver that appeared to be intoxicated.
Information regarding the direction of travel of the offender was not available.
