Three teenagers and a 24-year-old woman accused in the kidnapping and torture of a mentally disabled man were denied bail Friday afternoon. Charged are 18-year-old Jordan Hill of Carpentersville, Tesfaye Cooper and Brittany Covington, both 18, and Covington’s 24-year old sister, Tanishia Covington.
