3-Vehicle Crash on Southbound Route 53 South of Euclid Ave Near Rolling Meadows

VIDEO: Crash scene on Route 53 south of Euclid Avenue with wet roads after a severe storm passed through the northwest suburbs leaving rainy conditions from about 1:50 to 4:30 p.m.

Illinois State Police and Palatine firefighter/paramedics responded about 4:40 PM Saturday to a three-vehicle crash at Route 53 south of Euclid Avenue near Rolling Meadows. Police and firefighter/paramedics on the scene found a Ford Escort, a Jeep SUV and a minivan involved in a crash in the southbound lanes.

No word on the number of injured, but most people appeared to have only minor injuries, or appeared to be signing medical refusals.
