Prospect Heights and Wheeling police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 10:18 AM Friday to a report of crash with injuries at Palatine Road and Route 83 Prospect Heights, IL. Police and firefighter/paramedics received a report that three-vehicle crash occurred on the eastbound frontage road of Palatine Road, just east of Route 83.
