Comcast Ultra Internet falls short again — 22 Mb/s level is only 4.882 Mb/s downstream.
During troubleshooting Comcast wants to check equipment directly to cable modem without any router in between the computer and the cable modem.
Comcast Representative > I will need you to connect directly to the modem to properly check your levels, through the equipment we provide
