A female resident of New York City, New York was accused of prostitution and arrested at Red Roof Inn Chicago – O’Hare Airport/Arlington Heights, 22 West Algonquin Road in Arlington Heights one day before New Year’s Eve.
Celina Altagracia Vargas Cruz, age 26, of the block of 0-99 Convent Avenue, New York City was arrested at 4:26 p.m. Tuesday, December 30, 2025 at Red Roof, and charged with Prostitution. Vargas Cruz was cited and released, and scheduled for court in Cook County Circuit Court Rolling Meadows on Wednesday, January 28, 2026 in Court Room 203.
