Elmhurst police received a report about 8:30 AM Monday December 30, 2019 of a retail theft at Jewel-Osco, 944 South York Road Elmhurst, IL. Police received a report that three unknown offenders took alcohol beverages valued at approximately $2,000.
The suspects were described as three male/black offenders. One of the suspects was described as a male/black, in his 20s, 5’7″ 160 LBS, wearing a black hoodie with an Adidas logo and blue jeans.
The suspects fled in a silver 2018 Jeep SUV that was last seen southbound on York Road from Butterfield Road just south of the grocery store.
The crime is reported to have occurred at 8:30 a.m.
