Fox Lake police and firefighter/paramedics responded to a single-vehicle rollover at big Hollow Rd (IL-134) & Cambridge Parkway about 6:30 p.m. Tuesday December 10, 2019.
Police and firefighter/paramedics arrived to find a vehicle on its side at a corner of the ‘T’ intersection with a 69-year-old woman trapped inside her vehicle.
Firefighters from the Fox Lake Fire Department extricated the victim from her vehicle, and transported her to Northwestern Medicine McHenry Hospital with injuries that were initially believed to be non-life threatening.
IL-134 is a two lane highway with curves in the highway on both sides of Cambridge Parkway. The Speed Limit on IL-134 was 40 MPH according Google Maps street view in October 2012.
