Waukegan police responded about 11:05 AM Wednesday October 31, 2018 to a report of a stolen auto with a child in the back seat at North Elementary School, 410 Franklin Street Waukegan, Il. Police and firefighter/paramedics received a report that five teens stole a sliver 2010 Acura SUV with a child in the back seat in a car seat.

Vehicle and child located by 11:25 AM …
The offenders were described as five male/black subjects, age 15-16.
There was a 2 year-old child in the back in a car seat.
The vehicle has the #12 in the back tailgate window. The vehicle was last seen northbound from the area of the school.
