Fully-Involved Minivan Fire at I-90 and Route 53 Extinguished be Arlington Heights and Schaumburg Firefighters

Arlington Heights and Schaumburg firefighter/paramedics responded about 1:56 p.m. Monday to a minivan fire on a ramp to northbound Route 53 from westbound I-90. Firefighters on the scene reported a fully-involved minivan fire with a small grass fire near the ramp. No injuries were reported.

The ramp from westbound I-90 to northbound Route 53 was shut down by Illinois State Police.
