Residential Burglary on South Fernandez Court, Arlington Heights

Arlington Heights police responded about 7:23 a.m. Thursday to a report of a residential burglary in the 1300 block of South Fernandez Court. Police received a report that residents arrived home to find a back door forced open. Residents waited outside the house and waited for police to arrive.


An unknown offender or offenders forced open the rear patio door, entered the residence, searched through several rooms and removed the following: Givenchy handbag ($500) and multiple watches/jewelry from the master bedroom. A watch and a $100 bill from a second bedroom. The exact number and value of the items is unknown at this time. It appears the offenders left through the same door.

The crime is reported to have occurred Thursday, December 8th, 2011 between 3:30pm-7:20pm.
