Fun for the Weekend in Chicagoland: The North Suburban Pond and Garden Walk

The North Suburban Pond and Garden walk is scheduled for July 30–31 from 10 AM to 6 PM. One of the locations in Arlington Heights (2020 E. Rosehill Drive) is open until 9:00 p.m. with a night lighting display of a pond and bog pond. The North Suburban Pond and Garden walk is a self-guided walk open to the public. The 2011 tour some new yards on the walk as well as some that have been on the walk in the past.


All are yards and walks are charming and each has their own unique characteristics. The walk is free, but in lieu of a fee, donations are accepted at any of the locations for two wonderful nature-loving charities.
