Schaumburg police responded about 10:35 AM Saturday to an attempted residential burglary in the 1700 block of of Syracuse Lane. Police received a report that an offender armed with a handgun or possibly a pellet gun attempted to burglarize the residence on Syracuse Lane.
The offender was described as a male 5’8” 180 LBS with a slim build, wearing a dark hoodie and blue jeans. Schaumburg police are investigating.
