Arlington Heights police received a report about 5:30 a.m. Monday that construction workers were working before allowed hours, and operating a loud generator in the 900 block of North Vail Avenue. Construction work is not permitted before 7:00 a.m. and is a violation of village ordinance before 7:00 a.m.
