Arlington Heights police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 5:45 p.m. Thursday to a crash with injuries at Arlington Heights Road and Valley — just north of Rand Road. Then at about 6:45 p.m. Thursday a police traffic squad drove up to an injury crash that had just occurred at Arlington Heights Road and Northwest Highway. Firefighter/paramedics responded for at least two people injured at the second crash.
