Arlington Heights police received a report about 3:30 am. Monday of a burglary to vehicle in the 500 block of West Algonquin Road at an apartment driveway. A cellphone was reported stolen out of the vehicle that was parked in the apartment driveway. Arlington Heights police are investigating.
