Elliot & Associates has started construction on property on the
northwest corner of Dryden Place and Kensington Road in Arlington
Heights.
Two 4-story buildings will hold 112 condominiums on the property.
Fifty-five single family homes and a redeveloped 40,000 square foot
retail center are also in the early stages of construction.
The residential homes development will be known as Elliot Homes at
Arlington Market.
