
The Palatine Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing person, Charles Frazier, age 63.
According to a Palatine Police Department alert at 9:32 p.m. Monday Charles Frazier at approximately 3:00 PM on Monday, June 30, 2025, Frazier left his residence in the 1100 block of North Sterling Avenue in Palatine. He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, blue jeans, and black gym shoes.
Frazier is described as a Black male, 5’5” tall, weighing approximately 160 pounds, and is balding on top with black hair on the sides. According to family members, he has been exhibiting signs of dementia and may appear confused and disoriented.

Charles Frazier was last seen on foot in the area of West Dundee Road and West Northwest Highway, near the Deer Grove Forest Preserve in Palatine. He is known to frequent parks and is not believed to have access to a vehicle.
The Cook County Forest Preserve Police are also assisting in the search.
