Police from Arlington Heights arrested a retail theft suspect on March 6, 2025 at a large apartment building at 332 North Avenue in Villa Park, about two months after the suspect was accused of stealing a vacuum at Kohl’s, 800 West Dundee Road in Arlington Heights at 7:02 p.m. on Wednesday, January 8, 2025.
Nichols “Nicki” E. Roberts, a female age 40, of Lombard, Illinois, allegedly committed the offense of felony retail theft, knowingly took possession of merchandise (a vacuum) offered for sale, which exceeded $300 in a retail establishment (Kohl’s), with the intention of depriving the merchant permanently of the possession, without paying the full retail value of the merchandise.
Roberts, 5’7″ 210 LBS was cited and released.
Roberts is scheduled for a court hearing at 9:00 a.m. on March 11, 2025 in Court Room 108 at Cook County Circuit Court Rolling Meadows.
