Police officers from Schaumburg responded about 1:25 p.m. Wednesday, March 6, 2024 to a report of an armed bank robbery at 60 Meacham Road just south of Schaumburg Road in Schaumburg.
The offender displayed a black handgun during the robbery.
The offender was described as a male/white or male/Hispanic, 6’2″ and wearing a gaiter mask, green hoodie, and carrying a tan backpack.
Initially, an unknown amount of cash was reported taken during the robbery.
The offender was last seen southbound from the scene.
Initially no vehicle description was connected to the armed robbery information.
