Five migrants released without bail via the decision of Judge Marisol Martinez Alonso have likely fled to Calexico, California. Four are picture via booking photos. Three other booking photos were not available. Around 12 other offenders have been identified by NYPD as being involved in this case.

An NYPD officer and NYPD lieutenant told migrants to move along around 8:30 p.m. Saturday, January 27, 2024 on West 42nd Street in Manhattan near Times Square. Next, police officers absorbed multiple blows, including kicks to the head. The mob then fled down 42nd Street toward Seventh Avenue.

Police apprehended four suspects identified as Darwin Andres Gomez Izquiel, 19, Kelvin Servat Arocha, 19, Juarez Wilson, 21, and Yorman Reveron, 24.

Jhoan Boada, 22, who was apprehended later, flipped off the press after he was released from jail on charges of assaulting an NYPD police officer and a police lieutenant (longer video here from FOX News; milder images below).

“It is paramount that we conclusively identify each defendant and specify each participant’s role in the incident.”

— New York County District Attorney Alvin Bragg

Allegedly, offenders used fake names to board a bus to California. The migrants were allegedly helped by a church-affiliated non-profit group.
