Waukegan police responded about 9:10 p.m. Thursday, February 9, 2023 to a report of indecent exposure to a minor, and grooming at or near the Raising Cane’s restaurant, 800 South Waukegan Road in Waukegan. Fleeing and eluding was also associated with this case. The suspect fled in a black Chevy Silverado with a front push bumper that was also described as having yellow lettering on the side, according to a police report.
The suspect was described as a male/white with a full beard and wearing dark clothing.
