Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders stole a silver 2018 Honda Civic. The keys were in the vehicle when the vehicle was stolen. Initially, there was no description available of the offender(s).
The vehicle and offender(s) were last seen southbound on East Avenue in Streamwood.
