There was a report of an observed rotation/condensation funnel in contact with the ground just south of Highway 12 and Highway 59, just southeast of Whitewater and northwest of the Kettle Moraine State Forest.
There several reports of downed powerlines and damaged trees in Montello, Whitewater, Conomowock, Okauchee Lake, Hartford Merton, Delavan, brookfield, Waukesha, Burlington, West Allis, Butler, Cudahy, Saint Francis, Darien, Bristol, North Bay, and Milwaukee in Wisconsin. In some areas trees were uprooted. An uprooted tree fell on a house in Delavan.
A pier was ripped up on Turtle Lake in Wisconsin.
In Hebron, Illinois in McHenry County, a power pole was brought down at about 12:20 p.m.
