Chicago police are looking for the hit-and-run driver who killed a dog and injured a man in the Albany Park neighborhood last month. YouTube Tips ⓘ

Chicago Police Department is seeking help from the public to identify the driver of an offending vehicle in a hit-and-run case that occurred at 4200 North Pulaski Road in Chicago about 5:15 p.m. on Friday, September 30, 2022.

A 31 year-old man was walking his dog and suffered serious injuries when he was hit. The dog did not survive.

The offender and the offending vehicle that is believed to be a 1998 to 2011 model year Mercury Grand Marquis was last seen traveling northbound on Pulaski Road from Berteau Avenue in Chicago’s Albany Park neighborhood.
