Police, firefighters and paramedics from Palatine responded about 10:51 a.m. Saturday, October 2, 2021 to a report that a victim was trapped under a vehicle in front of a townhouse in the block of 1900 Cambridge Court in Palatine. A vehicle apparently collapsed on the victim when the victim was under the vehicle while it was supported by a jack.
The victim was immediately rescued from under the collapsed vehicle, but was critically injured.
Palatine police are investigating, and the scene will be active during the day, Saturday, October 2, 2021.
