Good Samaritans Credited with Saving Life of Child Who Nearly Drowned at Boulder Ridge CC, Lake in the Hills

Police from Lake in the Hills and firefighters and paramedics from Huntley Fire Protection District responded about 12:40 p.m. Friday, July 23, 2021 to a report of a near drowning with CPR administered in the block of 1000 Mason Lane in Lake in the Hills in the Boulder Ridge Country Club subdivision.




Police learned that a child walked away from his home in the 0-99 block of Point O’ Woods Court, which is located less than 550 feet northeast of the golf course pond in Boulder Ridge.

Good Samaritan CPR or “bystander CPR” is credited with saving the life of the child.
