Wheaton Police responded about 7:37 p.m. Wednesday, January 13, 2021 to a report of an armed robbery at the CVS at 1400 East Roosevelt Road in Wheaton. Police received a report that a male offender entered the CVS store and held an employee at knifepoint. The offender then took an “undetermined” amount of cash, according to the Wheaton Police Department.
The offender was described as a white male, about 6 feet tall, 25 to 30 years old, with a skinny build, dark eyes and dark hair. He was wearing a dark hoodie with the hood up, a white glove and a light-colored mask. He fled south on Blanchard Street, according to the police report
