Three-Vehicle Crash with Injuries at Lake Cook Rd and Arlington Heights Rd in Buffalo Grove Damages PNC Bank Sign

Police and firefighter/paramedics from Buffalo Grove responded about 12:21 p.m. Saturday, September 12, 2020 to a report of a 3-vehicle crash at Arlington Heights Road and Lake Cook Road at the border of Buffalo Grove and Arlington Heights.

The first fire crew on arrival reported three-vehicles involved with one vehicle in the middle of the intersection, and one vehicle into the PNC Bank sign. A light pole was also damaged in the crash.

Information regarding injuries was initially unavailable, but injuries were apparently not serious.

The crash involved a red Honda, a silver SUV, and a white Ford Crown Victoria.

Apparently the Ford Crown Victoria and the silver SUV crashed in the intersection and the silver SUV hit a red Honda after the first impact. The silver continued to hit a pole and the PNC Bank sign at the southeast corner.
