San Francisco 49ers and QB Jimmy Garopollo will Face Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers Sunday, January 19, 2020

After cruising through the first half, the Green Bay Packers battled it out with QB Russell Wilson and the Seattle Seahawks to win 28-23. The Packers were up 21-3 against the Seahawks at half-time. Then the Seahawks scored three consecutive touchdowns with no response from the Packers after their first and only touchdown in the second half. But the Packers managed to run the clock out after a ref-reviewed first down at the end of the 4th quarter.

The Packers will travel to the San Francisco 49er’s Levi’s Stadium with one day less rest compared to the 49ers, who beat the Minnesota Vikings Saturday. The NFC Championship game is 5:40 p.m. Sunday January 19, 2020.

At the end of the game Rodgers told Erin Andrews that the Packers and the 49ers are the best two teams in the NFC.

The 49ers beat the Packers 37-8 on November 24, 2019, but Fox NFL hosts don’t count out an improved Packers team. The winner of the NFC Championship next Sunday move on to Super Bowl LIV (54th Super Bowl) Sunday, February 2, 2020 at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida.

After an embarrassing first quarter and down 21-0, the Chiefs overcame the Texans 51-31. The Chiefs will host the Titans at 2:05 p.m. Sunday January 19, 2020.
