Arlington Heights police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 10:58 PM Sunday September 8, 2019 to an arson fire involving a portable toilet at Greenbrier School, 2330 North Verde Drive Arlington Heights, IL. Police and firefighter/paramedics received a report that unknown offenders committed arson by igniting a plastic porta john and causing it to become engulfed in fire. No persons were hurt as a result of the fire. The cost to repair the damage to the property is unknown at this time.
The crime is reported to have occurred on Sunday, September 8, 2019 at 10:57 PM.
A second arson fire occurred about 11:28 p.m. Thursday September 12, 2019.
