Construction Site Stairwell Collapse/Construction Accident Response/EMS Plan 1 867 N Paulina St Chicago, IL Construction accident response and 4-ambulance response for a stairwell that collapsed while four construction workers were carrying a large slab of granite up a stairwell. Two patients transported Code Red to Northwestern Memorial, and two patients transported Code Red to Stroger.
