12:09 a.m. Off-duty Dolton police officer shot, possibly suffering three gunshot wounds, in the block of 7600 South Calumet Avenue, Chatham neighborhood, Chicago.

12:17 a.m. Shots fired reports from the block of 4400 North St Louis, 4400 North Bernard, Chicago.

12:54 a.m. Man shot near Lawndale Ave and Chicago Ave, Chicago.

2:38 a.m. Chicago firefighters working a 2-story house fire 70th and Dorchester Avenue reported as fire in the second floor and cockloft at 6952 South Dorchester Avenue.

4:00 a.m. Male/black passenger in a black Chrysler sedan displayed a gun at 1297 East Algonquin Road, Schaumburg.

6:39 a.m. A male/Hispanic occupant in a black Jeep displayed a small handgun on I-88 eastbound at Highland near Downers Grove.
