St Charles police responded about 10:00 p.m. Monday, February 26, 2018 to a report an armed robbery at at One Stop Liquors, 1401 Prairie Street.
An employee told police the armed robber entered the northwest door, displayed a handgun and demanded money.
After taking an unknown amount of cash, the robber left the store, and got into a getaway car that was stopped in the parking lot.
The robber was described about 5’9″ with a thin build, and was wearing a dark jacket, gray pants and a black mask.
The armed robber and the driver were last seen in the vehicle fleeing on Prairie Street. No direction of travel, and no vehicle description were released.
