Schaumburg police responded about 1:35 p.m. Monday October 2, 2017 to a report of a bank robbery at the Heartland Bank and Trust, 321 W. Golf Road in Schaumburg. The bank is located on the south side of Golf Road between Roselle Road and Higgins Road in Schaumburg near Hoffman Estates in the Golf Point Plaza Shopping Center.
The man displayed an undescribed gun at the bank robbery.
He is described as a male/white 5’10” to 6’1″ age 55 to 65 with gray hair and a white goatee with a patch of dark gray hair under the center of his lower lip. The suspect wore a red baseball cap with white and black letters, a gray long-sleeved button-up shirt, faded blue jeans and black shoes or boots.
