Fire Destroys Century Old Good Shepherd Presbyterian Church in Overbrook Neighborhood Philadelphia


Fire destroyed the Good Shepherd Presbyterian Church on the 6400 block of Lansdowne Avenue.

Philadelphia firefighters responded just before 9 a.m. Monday, August 29, 2016 to the Good Shepherd Presbyterian Church in the 6400 block of Lansdowne Avenue. The fire department response was elevated to 4 alarms.

Two people evacuated safely and no injuries were reported.
