Loud Explosions Heard, Black Smoke Rising in Ankara, Turkey Report to Be a Residential Fire

Loud explosions have been reported in Ankara on Tuesday with black smoke rising in the sky. The location of the explosion is believed to be in Altindag district, and was later reported to be related to a residential fire. The fire is reported to be under control by 6:45 p.m. GMT +3.
