Rolling Meadows police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 4:42 AM Tuesday to diesel fuel spill at the Meijer gas station, 1251 Golf Road Rolling Meadows, IL. Police and firefighter/paramedics received a report that a truck hit the gas pump at the gas station and that diesel fuel was leaking.
A HazMat Level I response was activated to stop the diesel fuel leak.
First firefighters on the scene reported a semi-trailer truck with a tank on the ground. Fire command held up any extra companies by 4:51 a.m. and went to work on cleanup.
