Ask Paul B: Walk The Line, You’ll Love Results

Dear Paul B Fans,

It has come to my attention, (through the grape-vine,) that Mid-westerners are depressed over the weather. I am sympathetic with this emotion, and I have had my travails as well (falling flat on my back, cracking two ribs, the day BEFORE moving to a new house.) I have shoveled, as have all of you, and have NOT been in the best mood, with the Jekyll and Hyde weather systems targeting our wearied bodies. I do, however, have a remedy to quell our disquiet souls. You MUST walk. If you can find a friend or just follow someone around at the mall (discretion is key here, lest we are charged with stalking.) You will feel relaxed, a bit tired, but relieved after releasing those anxiety laden toxins in your system. You will rest better at night, and wake up with more vim and vigor (I know, it’s an old axiom, but I love it.) If you DO find a good friend to share this age-old regimen, you will so too clear your mind of your “hot topics.” It typically improves ones outlook to discuss or at least speak about our problems, right?

Bottom line here is, just try it. You might even lose a few lbs, and everyone I know could stand to gain from this loss. Write me about your results, please.
