The U.S. Marshall’s Office arrested Rockie Douglas today at 11:30 a.m. at a McDonald’s drive-thru in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The Great Lakes Regional Task Force arrest the man, who last Tuesday was suspected in a carjacking that led to a crash that killed an 11-year-old boy over the weekend. Information on extradition to Chicago has not been released.

Police on Sunday December 22, 2013 released the identity of Rockie Douglas — a suspect in at least 3 carjackings and a fatal hit-and-run crash that killed 11-year-old Donovan Turnage. Rockie Douglas, age 34, is also a suspect in a number of other robberies and criminal incidents ranging from Chicago to Wisconsin.
