Reince Priebus, Republican Party Chairman, insists that Barack Obama four years ago campaigned in an economy that was difficult, but he campaigned on that economy — campaigned that he would fix that economy. Now either he didn’t understand the gravity of what he was doing or walking in to, and/or he completely failed … either he didn’t understand what he was doing, and/or he failed.

President Barack Obama is telling union workers in Ohio that Mitt Romney would guide the nation to a “losing season,” using a sports metaphor to insist that voters should take his opponent’s plan and “punt it away.”

Campaigning in Boulder, Colorado on the eve of the Democratic National Convention, President Barack Obama criticized rival Mitt Romney, saying he has no exit plan for the war in Afghanistan.

President Barack Obama says Mitt Romney and the Republican Party are offering outdated ideas that are ill-suited for the United States today and in the future, and that the GOP doesn’t have the answers to move the country forward. Regarding the Republican National Convention, he said in Iowa that the RNC had an agenda suited for the last century, that it was a rerun and that people might as well have watched it on a black-and-white TV.
