CHICAGO BEARS RADIO -- WBBM Newsradio 780 "Traffic on the 8's"

Paul LaDuke (police photo).

After an investigation by Schaumburg Police Department detectives Monday, the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office Special Prosecution/Mass Molestation Unit charged Schaumburg Christian School teacher Paul A. Laduke, 75, with sexual exploitation of a child.

LaDuke, 75, of Hanover Park, allegedly unzipped and lowered his pants and masturbated while students were present in a classroom at Schaumburg Christian School, 200 North Roselle Road. A student witness reported the incident to another teacher, who then told administrators. Investigators believe crimes have occurred multiple times per year over — possibly for 10-years or longer while Laduke was teaching at Schaumburg Christian School. Until he was charged and arrested, LaDuke taught Algebra I and Honors Geometry to high school freshmen, Honors Algebra II to sophomores, and Algebra II and Trigonometry/Pre-Calculus to juniors and seniors.

Currently no evidence indicates that LaDuke touched any students in an inappropriate manner or harmed them physically.

Police urge any current or former students or parents with information on the case to call Schaumburg Police Department at 847-882-3534.
