Palatine firefighter/paramedics and Illinois State Police responded about 8:58 a.m. Tuesday to a report of white Honda vs. pole crash with entrapment at northbound Route 53 at Palatine Road. Palatine firefighter/paramedics found no crash at Palatine Road and Route 53.
Palatine firefighter/paramedics turned around and headed south to check Route 53 and Euclid Avenue. The one-car crash was discovered on eastbound ramp from northbound Route 53 at Euclid Avenue. Firefighter/paramedics reported no entrapment. Apparently minor injuries occurred at the scene.
