Arlington Heights police responded to a report about 8:05 p.m. Sunday of a driver of a tan Toyota intentionally ramming cars and driving erratically in a condo parking lot in the 1500 block of North Windsor. Police also received a report that the car was smoking and wedged between two cars. A parent also reported to police that driver almost hit a child.
A female intoxicated driver was arrested and transported in custody to Arlington Heights Police Department Headquarters. Firefighters responded to check on the smoking vehicle.
