Arlington Heights police stopped at least two gang members on a traffic stop about 2:40 a.m. at the Speedway, Arlington Heights Road and Palatine Road. Police saw brass knuckles associated with the subjects somewhere near the scene.
Two subjects were transported in custody to Arlington Heights Police Department Headquarters. The driver was was arrested for driving without a license — not suspended, not revoked, never had one.
Buffalo Grove police K-9 unit assisted Arlington Heights police for a sniff of the car. No word if the K-9 discovered anything.
